It measures the instrument, not just the answers
Cronbach’s alpha per scale and alpha-if-item-deleted — so you know which statement weakens your scale before you publish. Reverse coding at the item level, not the question, and a measurement level per variable so the SPSS export is right the first time.
Arabic by design, not by translation
Right-to-left in the structure, not patched in the styling: six plural forms, numeral shaping, and per-block text direction. One instrument runs in two languages with a separate link for each.
Data that can face an ethics board
Participant email encrypted at rest, scheduled encrypted backups, and an audit trail for every action. Per-study retention applied automatically, and opt-out honoured across the organisation.

This study is being conducted to explore how leadership knowledge, values, institutional practices, and strategic processes contribute to effective digital transformation within higher education institutions. The survey is based on the Advance HE Framework for Leading in Higher Education, which emphasizes the importance of leadership across the dimensions of People, Practices, and Processes, and their alignment with institutional culture, strategy, and vision. Your responses will help identify current strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improving leadership capacity in the context of digital innovation. Confidentiality and Consent Participation is voluntary and all responses will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. The survey does not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide your email for optional follow-up. Data will be analyzed in aggregate form only and used solely for academic research purposes. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
